Great customer service!

Ken made buying my first condo the easiest thing in the world. He gave me instructions and managed to qualify me for a very low interest loan, all while maintaining paramount professionalism during the whole process. He went above and beyond and explained things in terms that I, or anyone for that matter, could easily understand. He's got an uncanny ability to connect with people and get things done. He's a hard worker and even more diligant and steadfast when it comes to hitting important deadlines and fulfilling all expectations. I would send friends, family and clients to Ken's office and continue doing so until he's retired (lol I might even keep sending them his way then) Cheers and good luck in finding a great house because with Ken you already know that you're going to have an unbelievable lender.
