The "realtor" I was put into contact through this location ended up not being licensed or for whatever reason not listed on my documentation. She didnt make me aware of this prior to engaging in a deal. Another realtor was ultimately put as the Realtor on all forms. Normally this wouldn't be an issue until the deal went bad during the closing process due to the seller not disclosing issues. This put me in a situation of negotiating weakness and cost me at least in part close to $15k in additional costs to fix the non-disclosures. Be very careful in doing business with a branch that allows this to happen especially in small town areas, it can cost you.
