My dad and I have accounts there. Quite often their lines are long and they open late. One day the were closed for a hiring event. Many associates are not very friendly or professional. This branch is poorly run. I have been a satisfied customer for many years, just not at this branch.

They are the Customer Service Nightmare of this Century, they charge fees to the people who can least afford them and cater only to those with great wealth... A Pox Upon Them... If they were the last bank on this lonely planet I would recommend you put your money in your mattress... They are always understaffed and the staff they have are as incompetent, useless and disrespectful as is humanly possible. When the final judgment day comes, SunTrust Bank officials will feel an extremely warm welcome as they abandon all hope and enter the gates of Hell. The Word of GOD
