Recently refinanced to take advantage of the killer interest rates. Smoothest financing experience I've ever had - honestly. Sean and his team kept me in the loop regarding next steps without overwhelming me. Quick, painless, pleasant experience. I strongly recommend Sean and his team to anyone looking to refinance. He is in Bend but that didn't preclude help with a refinance in Vancouver, Washington.

This is the second cash-out refinance I have done with Randy Vance and I simply wouldn't work with anyone else. From beginning to end, Randy's attention to detail, efficiency and excellent communication made it a seamless experience. He's a star!
