If you need someone who will have your best interest in mind, call Ben Nelson and Racee Harrington! Things can get messy when you are moving out of state and you depend on long distance-only communication (three different time zones) but these two made everything seem so easy! We didn’t need to ask for anything since they were always two steps ahead of us! Their professionalism is above everything we have ever experienced before but they were also human enough to explain each process to us. We highly recommend this team for any home financing needs!

Sam and Nicole were AMAZING!!! Very professional, eager to please and helpful during the whole process... People often say buying a property can be one of the most stressful experiences one can experience, not with Sam and Nicole, it was easy and very stress free...
