WORST MORTGAGE EXPERIENCE EVER. They will try repeatedly to get you to sign incorrect documents and tell you it will be fixed later. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS. Every set of papers was different and we had to turn away two notaries. I have bought two houses and refinanced 4 times. That's six times I've done this and I have never had such a fraudulent experience in my life. They are shady liars and should be investigated.

Started an FHA streamline refinance process, nothing but nightmares. After not hearing a word after a couple months they reach back out and request more info that was already provided. I am sure we lost a rate lock in the process and then the terms of the new loan started changing. Finally going on three months we schedule a night to sign closing docs. No one shows. On 2nd night we are scheduled for 6, receive a call at 7 stating they are trying to find a notary and then at 9:30 another call saying they are on the way.....I don't think so, told them to keep there mortgage. Loan officer was very unprofessional and at times rude, kept asking for information I had already provided and always had excuses. Would not recommend, find another company and get it done right!
