My wife and I had set forth to buy a home with USA Morgtage. We found out our interest rate was 4.75 percent, a mo. Pmt of 1476 and we had to bring 9,300 dollars to closing. That wasn’t an issue but the feeling of incompetence was. So I googled lenders and found St. Charles Morgtage. He ran the numbers and came back with a 3.75 percent interest rate and only 5700 to closing with a 1300 pmt. I then shot that loan estimate to USA Morgtage and they basically said well we will be here if that don’t work out. Charles at St. Charles Morgtage received my information 3 weeks before the closing date and we closed on time. Everything in the loan estimate was accurate and We are now homeowners. Charles and Janet we’re both extremely nice and competent. God bless them both.
