    This Kevin Cain 9-10-2016 had a major heart attack and a 2 lead pacemaker implanted. John Rapp is the one person that gave me hope through that year and a halr of financial uproar that almost took us under. What John fid was what I call going above and beyond what his job declares. PHELPS COUNTY Bank you and John Rapp were life savers
