My son and I bank here he just deposited money through the atm and the atm canceled his transaction and took his money worst atm because it has happened to me fortantely for me the money came back out we spoke with a agent and he told us it will be a 5 day wait for a adjustment .The way the agent spoke was condesending saying it was policy to wait for him to have to wait for his money he worked for is rediculus im on the phone waiting for a manager they have no customer service the manager told me we had wait or go into the branch to see if they can do something what happened to let me do what i can to rectify the situation instead they send us out to try to solve the issue .....Terrible service

I'm currently in the drive-thru line at the Halls Ferry location. I arrived at 2:12 with one car ahead of me. It is now 2:35 and I have not moved. The other lanes are moving just as slowly. Quite a few customers have elected to leave. I dont understand!
