Siouxland Bank is the very BEST! Brett and the staff go above and beyond for their customers. They are excellent in their communication and always on top of things. I appreciate how great they are about explaining each step of the process whether its a mortgage loan or personal. They make you feel comfortable asking questions when you may not understand something, which makes all the difference. Great experience! As soon as I walked in the door it was welcoming. Everyone was genuinely nice (not the fake and put on a smile type). Felt like a small town business helping me out. Brett was the guy that helped me, and I had a lot of questions. He was super helpful and got me on the right track. I definitely recommend these guys. Great bank.
