I would never recommend using Sandra. She persisted that she do our personal home loan and made promises she never intended to keep. She acted selfishly and never considered us and how we would be effected. Our loan was for her benefit only. When I confronted her after we closed escrow she had her dad call me to handle the situation. I was besides myself. I thought I was dealing with an adult throughout this adult transaction. Unfortunately I was very mistaken. She has avoided me and has never tried to make the situation right. Very disappointing to say the least.
