Kim at Great Bear Properties is amazing!! She helped my husband and I buy a house last summer. There was some negotiating to be done and she handled it with honesty and transparency. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell property in the area!

Kim was amazing! We were originally working with another agent but he would only show us properties listed by his agency. When we went to Kim, our whole experience changed! She was helpful and listened to what we really wanted. We ended up finding the cabin of our dreams. We can't recommend her enough!
