Our family recently booked a vacation with long and foster. We booked in January with Chris McGurk who spent a considerable amount of time making sure we found the write property for us. A beautiful 5 bedroom home on the beach. Within days we found out that a family member could not be there as he was just scheduled to be in California for business. As you could guess we were disappointed. I called Chris and explained what happened and he came to our rescue. He called the owner on our behalf and was able to cancel the lease. He then went to work finding a vacation rental for the week everyone could make it which was busiest week of the year. Although there was not much available, Chris did find a home on the beach for us to spend our week. It may not be the place we first chose but we will be spending it together. Thanks again for your understanding and work to resolve this change is schedule.
