I tried to a get a loan at this bank which at any bank is a challenge but at this branch a loan officer named Rachel was just absolutely unbelievable. In a bad way. I think a loan officer needs to be truthful of all avenues when trying to get a loan. My loan was denied because this bank thinks that someone out of town with a credit score of nearly perfect won’t get their money because of county lines!!! What a freaking joke!! My house mortgage is out of state!!!!
