This company is amazing! Kelsey Banks was my loan officer who handled my file and she went above and beyond to help us. She was quick, accurate, and explained everything in detail to let us know what was going on. She would respond quickly to our emails/phone calls, and she was very respectful and good attitude. She stays on top of it and remembers who you are. She is very personable and made me feel like I wasn't just some client. You can tell she loves her job. I didn't think I was able to get the loan for my house because of my credit score but Kelsey made it happen. You can tell she was truly happy to tell me the good news. Now I have my dream home and stability for my children. I HIGHLY recommend using her as a loan officer! One friend was looking to buy a home and I've already told her to use Kelsey at Cross Country.
