Always a great experience with Key Mortgage services and with Craig Thurston. This one had a small glitch as a result of something the buyer forgot to let us know about, but Craig was able to jump in at my request and take care of it. It only delayed us 30 minutes - we did not have to reschedule. So yes that’s what I expect from any lender...Key mortgage has set the bar high!

Extremely nice staff. They were informative and patient with me. They partnered with my attorney over details. I liked the ability to view and sign documents online. John Hendricks, my loan specialist, was awesome. He helped us get our house and I didn't think that could happen due to our financial situation. He explained every step and was available to me any time I needed him. John has a lot of experience in the business. I highly recommend him.
