Kelly worked so hard to get our loan approved when no one else good. We are so grateful for her time and patience. I recommend all Veterans please use Kelly instead of USAA because she is amazing, communicates constantly and goes above and beyond. Great rates and hardly any fees for vets! Kelly really went above and beyond for us. I don't know anyone in the financial sector that is willing to take phone calls from average Joe customers at 8 pm or later, Kelly did. I also don't know any folks in the financial sector that take time to educate customers about ways to get a leg up in their situation and avoid pitfalls regardless of commission, Kelly did.
