Yes, I totally agree with the other reviews, BAD COMMUNICATION...no replies to calls or emails. I am a 1st time home buyer and I told the DHI loan guy Matthew at Rowlett that I am new to this, had questions, and needed guidance...its like okay well we will just let you sat and wait and not know what else to do...I had to call and ask shouldn't I send you documents before he said, 'oh yeah, I will need this or that'... I'm deciding to go through another agency and forego their incentives...not worth the hassle.

Very bad experience with DHI mortgage. I wish that i have done more research about types of loans and went with known banks to save me headache and stress. Buying a house shouldn't be a bad experience especially the first one.
