From the moment my wife and I stepped foot in Patrick Pitt’s office, we knew we wanted to work with him and Southwest Funding. I’ve interacted with many other lenders in the past, and even though they have all been positive experiences, Patrick by far surpassed everyone. He and his team are quick to respond, always available when you need them. He was there every step of the way, making us feel free to ask any question, big or small, complex or basic. We felt that his main priority was to help us feel educated and comfortable throughout the entire process, from pre-approval to closing. We’re grateful we had the opportunity to meet Patrick, and even more grateful for all the help he provided us in obtaining our home. Highly recommend to anyone looking to buy in the Austin and surrounding area.

My husband and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better team to work with. Patrick is so driven and optimistic about what he does - he helped us get into our very first home & we couldn’t be any happier to know the Patrick Pitts team were with us the whole time. Patrick and Paul texted me back, returned my calls, responded to me promptly when they could. I mean what more can you ask for? Why look for anyone else?
