Don, my loan officer stoped working with me all of the sudden. I asked for a written estimate of fees before paying $600 for an appraisal. Now he wont return my calls or emails. I guess their fees are so high they won’t put them in writing before locking you down with an appraisal. Update: Don finally sent me a list of fees and we are working together to try and work something out that will fit my needs.
