Russ and his team had great communication throughout the entire process! I originally was going to my credit union for the loan, 3 days and 2 branches later I still did not receive any call back from them. We almost lost the opportunity to purchase the home without our preapproval. Our realtor referred my husband and I to Envoy who had us preapproved within 2 hours. They were swift with every step of the way. I would highly recommend Envoy to others!

Kriss bass is the best in town, great communication and very knowledgeable! Would recommend her to anyone looking for mortgage needs!
