I have never worked with someone that went above and beyond bending over backwards to keep the process of a mortgage loan simple and to keep a smooth process moving like Jenny has. Understanding that I have a very busy schedule she was able to work with my realtor, closing office and do everything online, I never once needed to come into an office to fill out paperwork like I have in the past. Bottom line is this: Tell Jenny Frieze what you want, when you want it, how you want it and if it's realistic, she WILL make it happen.

Really disappointed in the lack of due diligence on behalf of this lender. They assumed I was a veteran and applying for a VA loan, when in fact it was my fiancee who served and applied. A quick review of the documents we provided would have clarified that very easily. Because of this, we had to back out of a house that we really wanted due to the higher payment and a misleading/lack of credible information about our payment amount beforehand. I only spoke to our agent (not going to name names) on the phone and email briefly a few times and it seemed very disconnected and forced. Next time, I'll research and find a better option.
