I have looked at many homes in the same price range, some a lot nicer and more land and never once have I been asked for a pre approval letter. The home we live in now is a 200,000 home and are looking to upgrade. A realtor who won’t let you view a home when you’re looking must want the house for himself and it needs to be taken off the market. We even called another realtor so she could show it to us and he told her no. I have never heard of a realtor turning away customers.
