Let me preface this by saying that I typically do not leave negative reviews on Google, because I genuinely believe that company's are run by humans, and we all make mistakes. However, I wish it was possible for me to give this company zero stars. I was introduced to PRMG when I was selling my home and my buyers were using them as a lender. There was a lack of communication from the beginning. However, we were under the impression that we were scheduled to close on May 24. On May 22, my RE agent received notification that we would need to postpone closing until the following Tuesday due to a mistake with a social security number. On Tuesday my RE agent was notified that the Lender's just had the buyer to sign the 3 day CD therefore closing would now be postponed until May 31. On May 30, the lender sent an E-mail (couldn't even pick up the phone to call her) starting that there was another issue and closing now needed to be rescheduled for June 8. At this point I had my RE agent get the owner of the company (or so I was told) on the phone. He stated that he had no clue that all of this was going on and he was now overseeing this loan. A few days later we received notice that the loan now needed to be changed from a conventional loan to an FHA therefore closing would be postponed yet again. Here we are on June 18 (we were scheduled to close on May 24) and the loan still has not been closed. At this point, I have made the decision to cancel the sale and relist my home. This company's mistakes and inability to do their job has costed me THOUSANDS of dollars and cause my buyers (who presumed they were using a reputable lender) to lose their purchase. I am currently in the process of reporting them to BBB, State Regulatory Board, Attorney General, and Federal Reserve. I caution you all to avoid this company unless you have deep pockets and are in no rush to close a loan!
