Mr. Ron Rice was so awesome. This is my 1st time purchasing a home. I was going through so many emotions. Mr. Rice helped me a lot to calm down, relax and breath. At closing he came through for me big time. So Awesome and great.

My husband and I just purchased our first home with 1st family mortgage. We worked with Carlos Carter and he was amazing. He made sure to explain everything to us at our first appointment and make sure we understood. He was patient and answered all of my questions (sometimes 2 or 3 times). I was overwhelmed starting the process but he made it so simple amd smooth. I would recommend Carlos and 1st family mortgage to anyone looking to purchase!
