I've come to Capital Assets (specifically Sam) for about five years--many home purchases. He knows his stuff and gives his honest take, but respects my decisions. I like that I'm given lots of options. Most people don't know that they can tailor their loan to meet their needs and goals. Sam is honest and quick. I feel like I do very little and it's just taken care of. I'm busy and I appreciate that he takes the stress off. I've never had a problem with his work and will continue to go to him.
