The people are nice and helpful because they want your business and money of course... however after registering online with prime lending and making your first payment they will sell your loan to another collection company that you'll have to figure out their contact information and your new account number register a new account with them to continue making your mortgage payments hopefully you figure this out before your second payment is due so your not late with it.....
