I recently closed a refinance on my home with NW Premier Mortgage, particularly Libbie, Whitney and Ken. This was a difficult loan to close and it took quite awhile. Thank you to everyone especially Resa, Ken and Libbie at NW Premier Mortgage!!! I had a very tight window to close on my house and they made it all happen. They work very closely with the lender in that the lender was able to approve and close even with the appraiser leaving on vacation with a few follow-ups to finish. Most lenders would have made us wait till the appraiser was back. Which I wouldn’t have met my close date if that was the case. The fact that the lender was so comfortable working with NW Premier they made it happen!! We’re in our beautiful house with a 30 day close process!!! WOW!!!
