Been with Amerifirst for a little over 2 years and have nothing but good things to say about their professionalism, timeliness, and peace of mind they give you during a sometimes stressful process. My wife and I established a renovation loan with Amerifirst when other loan companies tried to talk us out of it due to how difficult the process is. Amerifirst assured us that a renovation loan is not scary and very easily accomplished, and they were right. Great staff and convenient location, highly suggest working with them for all your loan needs!

Brandon and his team were so helpful and knowledgeable through our process of deciding what kind of loan was best for us. The thought of doing a renovation made us nervous, but Brandon walked us through everything with great attention to detail. We just closed on a great home that is going to be our dream home when renovations are complete. We had so many questions leading up to now (and I’m sure will have many more) and Brandon always made himself available to talk us through everything- I know he will continue to do so! So happy we chose them as our lender!
