Do not waste your time with Greg Fail. He cannot keep his promises, is so disorganized his own staff didn't know they were supposed to be working a case, and is full of excuses. When he realizes he has messed up he will avoid all your calls and emails. He can't meet deadlines that he sets himself and he will lie through his teeth. He is unprofessional and can't be trusted.

Absolutely awful. I was pre approved for an FHA loan by Drew on 10/30/17. In December we found our dream home and started the process. At first it seemed like everything was going great. I was turning over paperwork quickly and was told by Drew we were on track for a 40 day closing. The next 40 days I submitted form after form after form. I got little to no response from drew via email or by phone. My realtor called him time and time again with no response. The one response I did get from him he was rude and condescending to me. Telling me that “a house costs money you know” and “you’re lucky that we found a mortgage company to even work with you so you because of your low credit score so you shouldn’t expect anything to go fast for you”. Finally, I found another broker that works with the same mortgage company and he agreed to look into the status of my loan. Turns out, Drew had not submitted any paperwork to them. Nothing. Not only that, the mortgage company closed my request due to no communication. All of this without a word to me. I had put notice in at my current home. I work from home and put notice in there as well. All at Drew’s instruction. I was going to be homeless with my 3 year old and 6 year old. Thank goodness I found someone who actually knew what they were doing. The kicker is- I emailed Drew when I heard that my loan was stalled he ignored me again. Then I followed up with an email requesting he be released and less than 30 seconds later he replied “happy to give him whatever he needs”. Please- do not use this company.
