I have now had 8 home-related transactions (purchases and refinances) with various banks and loan brokers, and 3 of those transactions have been with Carlson Mortgage. Carlson Mortgage has been the best experience for me and my family by a wide margin. Alex G. and his team have been very accessible and supportive, and Alex has been able to lock in rates that were better than the competitors. Much of our communication was conducted through email, including sending documentation or e-signing forms. Because of the number of documents we signed via e-signatures, the closings have been noticeably quicker than in my past experiences with other companies. I couldn't have asked for a better team or experience, and I plan to use Carlson Mortgage for all future purchases.

My fiance and I purchased our first home and I couldn’t imagine working with anyone else, other than Alex at Carlson Mortgage and his processor Greg. They answered every question I had, no matter how silly it was. They made me feel comfortable with their patience and friendliness. We applied and had a great interest rate, then during the process, Alex and Greg found a program I qualified for and my interest rate lowered even more. They work diligently to save you cost at every turn. These 2 know their stuff. If you’re already talking to a different mortgage broker like I was, do yourself a favor and just call Alex. We will never use anyone else. 10/10. 5 stars
