I purchased my first home with BOK four years ago and had no problems with them. I have never had any issues during the four years of making payments. I worked with Karen Heston and she is awesome! She returns calls and emails very timely and is a pleasure to work with. I enjoyed working with Karen so much that I am using her again currently when purchasing another home. Karen is great. I highly recommend her.

I got my first house mortgage with this bank and has been banking for them for the past 10 years. I would never come back to them. After 5years of my mortgage i requested to remove PMI, Which i pay $149 everything, they refused to help or remove PMI from my mortgage accound. I tried calling, writing a letter and going in person. It has been 6 months and i still havnt heard anything back from them. I contacted Julie haddock (my bok mortgage handler) multiple times, no phone calls were returned and she only emailed me to inform me they are working on it. Its been more than 6 months now. I have not got any other follow up. Soon i willl be going to tulsa credit union to get mortgage loan transfer my banking there. She is unhelpful and pain in the A** everytime i called her. My personal advise would me DONT GET A HOUSE LOAN FROM BOK.
