My fiancé and I thought it would be a good idea for us to use PrimeLending as our home lender because they offered a certificate that would cover the cost of the appraisal at a first time home buyers class we attended, needless to say it was a bad idea. I texted Ms. Donna on April 13th to let her know that we were interested in moving forward with the process, she called me the next day to get all of our information and they had ran our credits on the 15th. I scanned and sent all the documents that she needed to get the ball rolling. At the beginning, whenever I would reach out to her she would answer my calls and with us being so young and trying to buy a house we were very anxious about the whole process. After a month passed we started hearing less and less from her. At one point we spoke over the phone and she told me she would move forward with using my information for the mortgage, two weeks passed and after hearing nothing again, I contacted her and she sent me an email stating that she never received my two most recent pay stubs (she failed to mention that when we spoke two weeks before when we spoke and I knew I had sent my paystubs a month ago when we first started the process- I double checked myself). Every time after that when I tried to get in contact with her, she always gave me some excuse as to why she couldn't speak to me or she'd tell me that she'd call me later, but I would never receive a call. To this day, it has been over two months and we still have not heard anything. We were so excited to buy our home and build our lives together, but that did not happen with this company. Definitely not satisfied with the service my fiancé and I received.
