I'm glad that I rarely have to do any type of banking through this bank, especially this particular branch. Just a grim little bank with not-so-happy employees. I use this bank about once a month or two, and everytime it just seems to be the same kind of service.

I wish I could leave negative one stars. I have had my account here over 20 years, that's TWENTY years, ever since I was a freshman at Ou. I have never once had to report a card lost or stolen. My card number was skimmed off a card skimmer at a gas pump in okc. I've now had 300 dollars worth of charges to my account for hundreds of dollars at gas stations in Odessa Texas. The same day this happened I was at dentists office in Clinton Oklahoma, over eleven hours away. It seems pretty cut and dry as far as as "investigating it" goes. I've never even heard an apology from Robert, or anyone I've spoken to, actually it seems more like I'm being blamed. I've heard well if the" claim is paid" or IF "the investigation shows you're not at fault" The card has never left my possession!! Also charges were run thru without asking for my pin number which I thought I specifically set up in case my card was ever lost or stolen. I did not receive provisionarÿ credit, my account is going to be overdrawn because I was told, the "investigation is still ongoing" and when I tried to give Robert the number to the gas stations in Texas where my card was used I was blown off and he gave me his card, like these gas stations are gonna call him!?!? I'm just very unhappy right now. Been having to go by and withdraw money, between 9 and 5 everyday because apparently hours of 7 to 7 are no more and I sit in the drive thru over 15 minutes when I'm the only person there to make the withdrawal. This is insane, if this is what's considered" customer service" then it's time I need to start looking for another bank.
