This is one of the most frustrating Mortgage lenders I have ever dealt with. Their automated system for requesting a payoff is a sick joke and runs you in circles there is no option to talk to a representative (they probably wouldn't help correctly anyway) and their website looks like its from the 90's. Easy 1 star.

3 months waiting on Midland to release funds that the insurance company sent for repairs. If you enjoy extra damage to your home, re submitting forms, hours of telephone calls with a different person every time (and no way to contact that person again) this is your company. It is pure insanity that I was issued money, and they just sit on it and won’t release it. Meanwhile the exposed wood and other parts of my home are ruined because of midlands hoops and red tape. I am assuming the only business they get is the loans they purchase, because I know I would never choose to do business with them.
