Terrible experience. After following all direction and providing all required documents to refinance we were told that the appraisal they set up was too high. We were told our application was dead two days after we were told that we should be all set to go to settlement. We were told that The underwriters do not believe the appraisal. We were discriminated against because we live in the state of Florida, if this states has "special" rules we should have been notified up front. We were borrowing less than half the appraised value. They wasted our time and our money. Terrible experience, and a Very big waste of our time.
