Had a nice site with electricity. Beautiful riding the trails. Campground was friendly with a variety of people who were nice to talk to. We will definitely come back!!

Mixed feelings. Friday night was fine. But Saturday night they had a DJ who played several songs that were far from appropriate, for a family setting. We were at the very furthest sight from him, and it was still extremely loud. I can't believe that the management didn't pull the plug or at least have him take it down a notch. Then some really drunk girl was allowed to sing along, with a microphone. She was screaming the most explicit lyrics at higher volume than the super loud music. It wasn't just one song. Want even just 2 songs. It didn't end until after 11 o'clock. I'm all for a good time and good music. But that wasn't the vibe, in my opinion (or the opinions of the other campers that I talked to). I blame the camp management, for that, but not for the people that were flying through on their quads, kicking up massive clouds of dirt, as we were making and eating our dinner. Aside from that, it was fine. Kind of crowded and it rained sunday. So I decided to leave and spend memorial day elsewhere. I don't know if I'll go back there. But if I do, I'll make sure to bring $2 in quarters, for each day I want to shower. At least primitive camping was only $7 a night per person and the location is hard to beat (you can literally walk to the Dollar General and the beer store) and they do have wi-fi.
