    I love the people at my bank branch. They all know me and treat me so very well. Been banking with Armed Forces at least twelve years. Best customer service ever!

    Staff and local management are great, but the Bank has become way too stingy; and it comes from the very top. They closed the BX branch and now have down-sized the main branch. I don't even know why I have my account here whereas other banks like Chase or US Bank would welcome me with open arms.
