We have been renting from south umpqua property rentals for almost a year now, They are slow at getting things done due to all the rentals they have and the small crew they have working in the office I will however say Sarah and Jackie are wonderful at taking our calls , listening, and helping us resolve any issues we may have, jen was amazing but she left...Normally if we are waiting for something it's because of the maintenance or the owner not getting back to the girls in the office about our issues we need resolved I will say they are great people and any issues we have they always try to help us out the 5 stars is for them.

Cheap rentals for ok places. Must have at least a year at current job stable work history for years doesn’t matter. Also didn’t notice need 3 years of rental history or automaticity denied.
