    I am extremely livid with this bank. Without word, they underhandedly "upgraded" my account without my consent and began charging a monthly service fee. These new owners are vile scum.

    Can't stand what you've done with the drive thru. It waists more time and takes forever to get anything done. 2 stars is being generous.
