This is a terrible company, simply put. I would give zero stars if I could. They have been dodging mine and my brother's calls for almost a month now. My "loan officer" Suzy Dinkins must not care about her job at all. She won't return calls or emails. When I called the office and got someone to find her for me, she had the nerve to ask if that was me that had just called her a couple of times. She basically admitted that she was screening my calls. I applied for a loan to purchase a home for my family. All I wanted was an answer. I have done everything asked of me, provided all information... I am officially giving up on this company. I would advise anyone considering them not to waste your time, because they sure will. I can only describe their customer service as somewhere between disgraceful and non-existent.

I mean, the job got done but took the most ridiculously long time and is incredibly convoluted - even for mortgage standards. They asked for the same information repeatedly after it was already sent over more than once, and then we find out that they were 'cross-training' someone on our case and whoever was handling it had no idea what they were doing and it ended up getting dragged out for close to 6 months. They finally switched people so we could get into our house, but it should have been done a long LONG time ago. The price estimates they've given us at every step of the way have varied drastically even with no change to the home, and with no real rhyme or reason. We're moving in and still don't know exactly what we're paying per month. I would absolutely not have gone with this lender if I had known what a headache it was going to be. If you want to get into your house within the next year or don't want to keep a folder of documents that you have to send again and again, try finding a different lender.
