Eric and his team worked with my husband and I for well over a year to help us get our finances in order to build our first home. They have gone above and beyond during our home building process. Eric was honest and upfront about everything we would have to go through when closing. And when the time came for us to prepare to close he noticed that we could get a better rate if we tried for a USDA loan but we would have to wait to close a little bit longer. Most mortgage lenders would have been happy to just have their clients approved.
