What a nightmare. Had to send documents over and over again to different people with redundant information. They wait until the last week and then start asking for all kinds of stuff when they had a month to review and process everything. In the end I was told to “ do it myself” by TLC in dealings with the final documents. I told them for a month that there was only 1 day that I couldn’t schedule my closing on and that’s the day it was set in. I was asked by TLC to give them a five star rating in exchange for $200 off of my closing cost. They are buying good reviews. Look elsewhere for your lending needs.

I love this lender, that is why I call them every time I need a mortgage in Norman. Norman mortgage changed when TLC came to town! Boom!
