Joe was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with my recent first time home purchase. My search spanned over a year and I had a ton of questions, but I could could always rely on a detailed response from him within a couple hours, even sometimes on the weekend and after hours. Could not recommend enough. Thanks, Joe!

I worked with Joe Ruhlman on numerous occasions throughout my search for a home. Joe was always so professional and kind. He has a "small town" feel about him; he always answers his phone and will thoroughly explain the process to eliminate doubt. He is very personable! There were multiple occasions where I needed guidance, and Joe helped me with that. Not everyone goes above and beyond, but Joe certainly does!
