My 89 year old father lived in Silver City and wanted to sell his home and move to Kuna Idaho to be near our family. He asked me to advise him on selecting a real estate agent. I suggested that he seek out the most successful agent in Silver City. He chose wisely when he decided on Patrick Conlin at Prudential Silver City Properties. My father turned over his keys and moved to Kuna Idaho, leaving everything to Patrick. Patrick provided terrific council in determining the correct market value for his home and he took care of everything. He is the epitome of the most competent real estate professional. We are very pleased to rate his service at 5 stars. Jeffrey J. Fimian
