The friendliness staff works at the Michigan Center branch. They manage the perfect blend of personal and professional. They recognize me and know my name. They are always very professional and do their very best to take care of all my needs.

When I entered I was greeted by my first name from Kylie. She always has a smile and a pleasant conversation. She always offers suggestions if there are any. Kylie is a wonderful asset to the office. I like using this branch because everyone is so friendly and if they have waited on you before, they greet you by name.
