    I have been a Realtor for 20+ years. Linda Popp is one of the few mortgage brokers on my short list of recommended mortgage providers. I don't know her rates but I do know that if Linda says it can be done, it will be done. If it cannot be done, she'll tell you upfront and won't make you wait 5 weeks to find out.
