Monica and Tracy are the BEST!!!! They take very good care of my homebuyers and work until all hours of the evening to make sure the deals get closed and sellers and buyers are happy. Thank you ladies for such dedication. Thank you for helping sooooooooooo many of my clients that are credit challenged and were not clients that anyone else would help. They walked them through the process to become homeowners. Very grateful!!!!!

Closing was extended 4 times be because for the most part the documents not be done on time by the Mortgage company. Almost lost the deal for the buyer as well as the seller. I would never use this company simply because of their underwriting process. Monica was nice but things are just not working correctly there.
