Just started with them and already hate this bank. Super disorganized when trying to close and closing got pushed back as a result. Got a really crappy interest rate despite having phenomenal credit but was so strapped for time by that point I couldn't fight it. Then I come to find out that my account has been randomly selected to NOT be eligible for online payment despite the company offering it as an option. It's 2018...get with the times! Will be refinancing ASAP...
