Richard recently funded a Reverse Mortgage for my parents. The process was easy & Richard & his team were absolutely wonderful to work with! They kept my parents up to date with all info/status changes. He was able to explain matters in a way that was easy to understand & comprehend. The end result was a stress free process that allowed more financial freedom for my parents. I would highly recommend Richard & his team for your forward & reverse mortgage needs!

Richard and Dennis were wonderful to work with through this journey. We have previously worked with Richard in the past so we trust him with his guidance and recommendations. I deeply appreciate the transparency and visibility Richard's team provided to us so we can feel comfortable with any next steps. Richard and Dennis were extremely professional and honest at the same time. We appreciate the candor conversations and we were able to connect with them personally. The communications, following up and accommodating our schedules were wonderful as well.
